先日、α55を手に入れて初めての休日。
それが今年の1月1日の元旦に訪れました。
今回試し取りをかねて初詣に池上本門寺に訪れました。

初めて手に入れる本格的なデジタル一眼で、しかも動画を撮れる機種なので正直はじめは自分に使いこなせるかどうか緊張しましたが、やっているうちにやはりXactiCA9を使い込んでいたのもあってか案外すんなり扱えるようになり自分でも驚きました。
ただ、まだ性能の全体をまるで把握していませんので、作品の質を上げていったり、このカメラならではのことをするのはまだまだ先かという感じがします。
非常に使う甲斐性のある深い性能を持った優れたマシンだと思いました。
ハンディカムや一般のムービーカメラ（特に横型）などとは比較にならない程持っていて疲れません。
やはりカメラは持ち方というのをもう一度設計から見直した方がいいと思いました。特にムービーカメラやハンディカムなどはです。
かなり使いやすいです。動画も十分実用に足るとはっきり感じました。
できれば3日まで休みなので、もう一つ二つ面白いところに行きたいですね。
できれば葛飾、柴又、など。
アマゾンのオリジナルブランドのカメラバッグが実に素晴らしく、ちょっとした旅行にもかなり使えると思います。
これも買って本当に良かったです。
いつになるかわかりませんが、また次回近いうちに作品をアップロードできればと思っています。

本来、お台場のレインボーブリッジを背景にいわゆるビーナスベルトと呼ばれる夕暮れの赤い空を写しに行くのが目的でしたが、日が落ちる向きの雲が、晴れていたもののやや厚く、断念し夕暮れの空を写すことにしました。
空が目当てできましたのでクリスマスイルミネーションは特に撮影しておりません。
海に屋形船が一台浮かんでいますが、あれはポスターか何か撮影するために用意されたものらしくお客さんは載っていません。
近所で撮影スタッフのような二人組を見ました。
今回海沿いを歩いて初めて気が付きましたが、いわゆるジョギングのためのようなコースが出来ており、砂浜はずいぶん姿を消していました。
おかげでレインボーブリッジは撮影しやすくなり、観光地らしさは増しましたが、浜辺の風情は失われており、あまり感心しない景色の変わりようだなと個人的には思いましたね。
工事以前からあるものが妙に不自然に感じられました。

But unfortunately I couldn’t.
The reason why is the thick clouds spread over the direction in which the sun set.
But the reason that prevented me from shooting Venus belt brought the opportunity
to me to shoot the sun setting down to the horizon at the time because they lowered the light of the sun.
I aimed for shooting the sky which was becoming darker gradually,so I didn’t
captures illumination in Christmas season this time.
You can see a cruiser in front of Rainbow Bridge in water, I couldn’t see any passenger
on it.
Because this cruiser is set for shooting snaps which may be used as a poster
to promote the service of cruising by the staff and a professional cameraman.
I saw them on the pedestrians' deck near the sea.
It was really funny.
The strip of the beach along the sea was removed by the construction and
it is covered with a layer of asphalt and becomes a road for joggers.
It becomes easy to shoot Rainbow Bridge directly without being disturbed by the objects or sand of the beach that makes it difficult to walk on it or to set a tripod
but I don’t like the scenes which had lost their beaches.
I can’t approve of this changes of the view.

23日の昼に時間があったので倉敷美観地区に行ってきました。
カメラを持っていくのは意外にもこれが初めてでなかなか新鮮な体験でした。
カメラを持つようになったのは東京に１０年くらい前に来て以降のことなのです。
見てのとおりかつて天領であった倉敷は白壁の蔵で町中が埋め尽くされており
なかなか他では見ることのできない独特な美しい景色を持っています。
往時は校内貿易の中心地で栄えたということですが
今は貴重な白壁の景色を残す、優れた観光地です。
岡山は他の日本の地域の皆さんからはどちらかというと広島や兵庫県に向かう通り道の
一つと考えられており、このような場所の良さが今一つ伝わっていないのが
非常に出身者としては惜しいと感じるところです。
今回もRX10のXAVC-Sファイルの撮影のテストとしての役割も兼ねています。

I visited Kurashiki Bikan historical area(aesthetic area) on October 23rd.
It’s first time for me to visit there holding my camera in order to capture videos or
pictures because I came Tokyo about 10years ago and before then I had never done
any type of amusing things relate to cameras.
Certainly shooting videos and pictures by camera is my hobby and I love it but
I started it about five years ago after leaving my homeland Okayama.
So it was so fun and really impressive experience for me.

As you see,this area is fully covered with old fashioned garages called Kura.
Kura is written in Kanji letter(漢字）as 蔵or 倉, and it is the reason why this city is called Kurashiki 倉敷.
Kurashiki generally means lots of garages expand over the area.
In Edo 江戸 era,this area is directly governed by the Bakufu 幕府 government which is organized
by Samurai worriers who have not worked as Samurai yet.
In those days, Samurai works as officials or members of police in the present time.
Kurashiki was one of Tenryo areas(天領),Tenryo means special city governed directly by the Bakufu government
for some special reason.
Kurashiki is as I said before,covered with lots of old fashioned garages and this is
a kind of a piece of evidence which shows this area is the centre of a great deal of trading.

It becomes spring and hotter gradually and day by day not so early
like recent years.
Plum and Kawazu Zakura cherry have bloomed slowly.
Atmosphere makes us calm and comfortable.
This movie is composed of still snaps and footage.
This time I took footage on Picture Profile6 for the first time.
I think I have to change the prior Picture Profile from S-log3 to
PP6 because of Vignette caused by pile of protector or filter.
I have used ND filter attached to the protector which is set on the
front of lens and the side parts of the protector and filters becomes
thicker and they make shadows on the corners, especially both of upper sides.
Now I think I have to stop ND filter to reduce the shadows.
Recently I take photographs very often.
Vignette prevent me from taking photographs correctly.

西馬込の春の雨の日。 Flowers wet with spring raindrop in my hometown nishimagome.


近所の公園の雨に濡れた春の花を撮影した動画です。
晴れの日にはない、ひと味違った
美しさがあると思います。

Visiting Oshiage
The town Tokyo sky tree stands in.
先にあげた猫の動画でも言及しましたが
今日、所用のついでに（休日でしたが）押上に立ち寄って
スカイツリーを見てきました。
これがそのときの動画です。
現在398メートルに達したそうで、やはり大変に巨大な物です。
僕は今まで東京タワーを見たことは何度かありますが
正直それほどこちらの方が巨大とは思いませんでした、それは少なくとも今の段階ではということですが。
というのも行ったことのある人は良く知っているでしょうが東京タワー、333メートルあると言われますが実際小高い丘の上に立っているのです。
正味の高さはスカイツリーの方が上でしょうが、比較的良くならされた平野部にあるスカイツリーより東京タワーの方がその意味では案外近くに来ると高く見えます。
あと昔の人間の工芸品的趣味の反映された東京タワーに比べるとただの白い骨組みを上にのばしただけのように見えるスカイツリーはやや殺風景です。
そう思えるもう一つの理由は東京タワーのほうが骨組みの間の隙間がやや大きく、空が透けて見えるからではないかと思います。
空が隙間から見える分スケールが大きく見えるのです。
現段階ではスカイツリーは隙間から空が見えず、何とはなしに背後の空と一体になっていないようにも思えます。

他のユーザーのあげている動画はスカイツリーにのみ焦点を絞り、その巨大さをがんばって演出しようとした物が多いですが僕がむしろ興味を持った
のはそのスカイツリーのとけ込もうとする町並みや、スカイツリーの実際の建設の様子です。
多分これまでのスカイツリーの動画では工事現場そのものをわざわざ写した物はほとんどないと思います。
結構見ていて面白かったです。これこそ建設中の今しか写せない物ですから写しておいた方がいいと思います。
身の回りに多くのカメラマンが集まっていましたがスカイツリーそのものを写す人は大勢いましたが工事現場やその周囲の町並みにカメラを向けている人はあまりいないようでした。
そういうところに目を向けた動画にしてあります。
かなり面白い物が周りに集まっているところでひなびた味わいのあるいい町です。
ここに来る途中で立ち寄った錦糸町のような都会とはまた違った風情があります。僕はこういうところの方が好きですね。

余談ですがスカイツリーはデジタル放送用の電波を送信するタワーだと言われていますがどうもフルセグ（地上波デジタル放送）そのもののための物ではなく、携帯などで見られるワンセグのための設備であるということのようです。
テレビ局は実際のところ家庭用の地上波デジタル放送には見切りを付けワンセグで稼ごうというのが本当の狙いだという識者の意見もあります。
そういう見方もあると見学も面白いんじゃないでしょうか。
しかしこれはそういう意味では大いなる無駄、予算の浪費であって
これからの日本をある意味象徴するようなところもあり、とてつもなく巨大な皮肉が目の前にそびえ立っているという感じもします。

I went to Odaiba coastal area to see Life sized Unicorn Gundam statue on August 23rd.
Now Unicorn Gundam has been built up to its complete form.
It will show us its perfect state at about the beginning of this autumn.
It seems 70 per cent of this construction has been finished
and the end of the construction seems to be near.
The statue is so beautiful and really well made in perfect proportion.
This statue will become a new symbol of this coastal area.

梅を見に梅まつりの成田山新勝寺に行ってきましたがご覧のように
梅の花はまだまだ満開にはおよそ遠いものでした。
今年は若干本格的な開花が遅いと思います。
梅まつりも中日だったと思いますがまだまだ花も少なく梅の花は寂しい様子でした。
ズームを効かせて花を大きく撮影し、さも花が多く付いているように見せるようにしました。
案外紹介されることの少ない新勝寺の梅の花をたっぷり撮影してこの動画で紹介することを狙っていましたが
ほとんどこの一帯の観光案内のような動画になってしまいました。
今年の新勝寺のうめはうまくすると３月の１０日あたりが満開なんじゃないでしょうか。

Today on February 28th,I visited Naritasan-Shinshoji temple in Narita city,Chiba prefecture.
I visited there on January 4th once for Hatsumoude(初詣）activity.
The main purpose to visit there today is to see flowers of Plum trees known as Ume（梅).
This flower is as popular as Cherry blossom known as Sakura in Japan.
It is regarded as one of typical sign of spring season.
But this time,it’s to early to visit there to see plum flowers as you see in this movie.
Many of flowers on the trees and their branches don’t bloom yet then.
So I tried to capture them zooming up as if lots of flowers have already bloomed on the tree.
This movie originally aimed at shooting flowers of plum but it became almost a rough guide about the temple.
I think this temple and frontal towns are wonderful.
It is my great pleasure if I can you tell attractiveness this place has
by this movie.

市川真間山　弘法寺を訪れて有名な枝垂れ桜を撮影してきました。伏姫桜としてよく知られております。
今回初めて市川駅前から弘法寺に至る山道、弘法寺の山門の階段の前にあるつぎばしと手児奈霊神堂も
撮影してきました。
手児奈というのは今回初めて知りましたが、古代の日本の美女だそうです。あまりに美しいので彼女に求婚する
男性たちのいさかいが絶えず、彼女は原因は自分にあると思い、悲しみのあまり身投げして自殺したとされる
一種の悲劇なのだそうです。
前からこの霊神堂を撮影したいと思っていましたが今一つ機会に恵まれませんでした。
弘法寺に行く前にここを撮影した動画も付け加えました。
昨年の訪問では既に散って葉桜となりつつある伏姫桜しか撮影できませんでしたが
今回はかなりいい状態で撮影できたように思いますが、いかんせん伏姫桜は老木で目一杯花開く
体力は年々失われているようです。地元の人でも満開時期を予測しづらいというほどで、この境内の
位置からして、やや日も十分に当たらないのではないかとも思います。
しかし老木の佇まいはこれはこれでいいものだなと思います。
ソメイヨシノはまだ6か7分咲きという感じでした。
この動画はYouTubeで知り合った大事な友人、去年70代で5月に亡くなわれた1216NORIさんに捧げます。
このお寺と桜は彼の動画に教わったものです。
彼がかつて尋ねた動画に記録された場所を僕もやがて順に尋ねて歩いていけたら、と考えています。
ぜひ直接お会いして色々教わりたかった。本当に惜しい方を亡くしたと思います。

I visited Ichikawa Mamasan Guhoji　市川真間山　弘法寺 temple to see and shoot
one of the most famous weeping cherry tree Fushihime Zakura 伏姫桜
and its blossom.
I also visit this temple last year but I missed the best season of this weeping cherry tree,
so I felt strong regret then.
I hoped to catch the best state of the blossom but the local often say it’s really hard to
see the weeping cherry tree when it has fully bloomed.
As you can see in this movie,there are two weeping trees in this temple
and the left one is Fushihime Zakura 伏姫桜 and the right one is younger one and
in this time it did not bloomed.
Fushihime Zakura is very old tree, it is said this weeping cherry tree has lives for 400 years long
and it seems to lose its strength to bloom lots of flowers on its branches energetically.
But I love this tree very much,I think this tree has its own unique attractiveness.
Certainly this tree has lost its youth,but its atmosphere is really rare and worth seeing.
I dedicate this movie to my YouTube friend 1216NORI.
He was a citizen of Ichikawa city and an amateur videographer with great technique.
I respect him very much.
But he died in May last year.
He visited this temple and upload videos about this weeping cherry tree to
YouTube service.
Originally it was the reason why I know the temple and this cherry tree.
I would like to say thank you to him.

PS　手児奈 Tekona is a name of the beauty appears in the old Japanese story Manyohshu 万葉集.
According to the story,Tekona was a beauty who had really lived long time ago and
she was beautiful too much.
Many of men wanted to get married with her and they quarreled each other
for her and she felt extremely sad about that and she thought that the reason of those
quarrels was herself and at last she decided to commit suicide.
She killed herself by jumping to the river.
This is known as a kind of tragedy.

前から来てみたいと思っていた東京ゲートブリッジに初めて訪れました。
なかなかの威容で本当に来て良かったと思います。
日没前後で集まる人の様子がガラッと変わります。明るいうちは釣り客の大勢いるところですが、日が暮れるとカメラマンの楽園になり釣竿が三脚に鮮やかに変わります。
大変良いところですがくるのがかなり面倒なアクセスの悪いところでりんかい線の新木場駅で降りて、一番バス乗り場で若洲キャンプ場前（折り返し地点）で降りて歩く、これしかありません。
車で直にくるのが一番楽だと思いますが、公共交通ではかなり面倒くさいこれしか方法がないのでやや行き方がわかりにくいと思います。
事実上この江東区立若洲公園以外にまともに見れる場所、写真や動画にして絵になる場所はおそらくないと思われます。

I visited Tokyo Gate Bridge for the first time on October 30th.
It is a bit hard to understand how to go to the best location to view this bridge.
The conclusion is the best place is Wakasu koen Park founded by Koto ward but the way of going there is a bit complicated.
It doesn't take so long and cost so much but the route is actually a bit boring.
If you want to go there, at first you have to get a train on Rinkai(りんかい線 means Seaside line) railway line and get off at Shin Kiba station(新木場駅 )in Koto ward and then get bus at Number 1 bus stop in front of Shin Kiba station and You have to get off the bus at the bus stop named Wakasu camping field.(若洲キャンプ場前）
We can see the impressive figure of Tokyo Gate Bridge from Wakasu koen park(Beachside place of Wakasu Camping field)
and before the sunset this place is a sort of paradise for fishers and
we can see lots of fishing rods along the sea and after getting dark,this place becomes a paradise of cameramen like me and we can see lots of tripods on behalf of them.
I could enjoy viewing the bridge and shooting it.
The figure appears at twilight and the night is so impressive and attractive a great deal and let me hope to go there again later.

To the next generation

池上本門寺で新年を迎えましたが、屋台が少なくなっており
参道を広くしていました。
除夜の鐘がなって新年の訪れる瞬間を今年も体感できてなかなか幸せです。
五重塔ごしに月が出ており大変印象的だったので撮影してきましたが大変美しい。
今回オーディオの方で若干の加工をしており、BGMを環境を目立たせる場面では部分的に小さくしております。
BGMを終始小さくするのではなく、部分的にのみ小さくしました。
I stay in Ikegami Honmonji temple about the time when new year comes.
In Japan,we have a custom to hit a large bell hung in a wooden building like a small tower until we finish counting the number 108.
108 is a number of wrong emotions we have like envy or hatred
and hitting bells means to let them go out of our mind at the moment when new year comes,in other words we start a new life.
Many of Japanese people go to a shrine or temple in new year season
to pray to God or Buddha for safe or peace in our life or to beg for blessing of god and this activity called 初詣(Hatsumoude)
This year a number of stalls becomes fewer than previous years
and I found offices of policemen and security guards that I had not seen before.
They make the way to the main hall of the temple wider and safer
for people who visit on new year's day.
I found the moon that looks bigger than usual but it is not a full moon,however it is so impressive and beautiful soI decided to shoot it and put it in my movie.
I lowered a volume of soundtrack partly at some part of the movie
which a microphone captured impressive sounds of the bell or voice of monks who read a Buddhism sutras and sounds of drums they were playing along that.

フライデーナイトシティスケイプス 晴海客船ターミナル 銀座の夜景
Friday Night Cityscapes Harumi Passenger Ship Terminal and Ginza α6500 4K

I walked around the area about Harumi passenger Ship Terminal and Ginza at the night on November 16th.
This time was almost the first time to shoot night shots by
SEL1670Z with α6500.
This lens functioned very well and I was satisfied with
the quality of those snaps of the night or twilight.

DSC-RX10がファームウェアアップデートによってXAVC-Sで撮影できるようになってから始めて60pでの撮影を試みました。
自宅のPCで確認した限り、普段の24pよりは確かに写りもよく
動きもスムーズに感じます。
ダイバーシティの壁も照明がないにもかかわらずその様子が
綺麗に写ってくれており、普段よりノイズも少ないように感じます。
普段は映画的に見えるようにと好んで24pでの撮影を行っていますが、もしかしたら今後60pでの撮影も増えるかもしれません。
審美的に大変写りが綺麗で見ごたえがある。
以前から一度60pで撮影したみたいと思っていたのでやってみましたが、考えていたより良かったです。
実に楽しい。

I captured a projection mapping winter special version
projected on the surface of Gundam statue at Diver City Tokyo
and it was the first time for me to shoot objects in XAVC-S 60p.
I don’t know how YouTube service processes this movie when this movie is uploaded,
as far as I made sure on my PC,it seems more brilliant and its quality is higher than usual,usual means movies that I had uploaded before.
Movement certainly seems smoothly and resolution is a bit better than my movies captured in XAVC-S 24p.
During this projection mapping show,I can see the wall of Diver City Tokyo clearly,of course,it doesn’t seem so bright but I could see outlines of the signs on the wall and
the details even though the wall was not lit by the lights.
I think this experiment was so meaningful.
I captured another event in XAVC-S 60p.
Maybe I continue to shoot something like scenes or objects which move fast
next time in XAVC-S 60p.
This experience was so fresh and fun for me.

根岸森林公園を後にして久しぶりに横浜中華街を訪れました。
前に一眼のα77を持ってきたことはありますがRX10とともにやってくるのは確か初めてだったと思います。
みなとみらいの方は昨年のクリスマスに来ていますが中華街の方は初めてです。
馬車道に至ってはα55で撮影して以来一度も行っていません。
RX10のはめ殺しの24-200mm F2,8の望遠レンズのおかげで撮影が捗りました。
こういうところを撮影したくて買ったのだったなと再確認しました。街歩きしながらの撮影は一眼よりこっちの方がまず向いています。変にボケても困るからです。
春節を（向こうの正月）迎えるために電飾や提灯などで少しずつ賑やかに飾り付けが行なわれており、年の瀬を感じさせます。
中華街の前後に山下公園とマリンタワーの動画を挿入しましたが、なかなか綺麗に撮れたと我ながら感心しました。
マリンタワーはクリスマスの飾り付けが足元で行われており、なかなか綺麗でした。

I visited Yokohama China Town after leaving Negishi park of forest on December 6th.
I had been to Yokohama Minatomirai some time since I bought Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX10 last year but I had not gone to Yokohama China Town yet.
I had shot this china town only by Sony's SLT Alpha77 before,
so it's first time for me to shoot this town by RX10.
RX10 has a built-in zooming lens 24-200mm F2,8,it is suitable for shooting this town around in the night as I wanted.
I'm satisfied that I could shoot around this town more thoroughly than before.
China town was decorated with lots of colorful paper lanterns or electric lights to celebrate new year's day called Shunsetsu(春節) based on Chinese calendar.
It is a bit different from other countries' one in schedule.
Before I started shooting this town,I took videos of Yamashita koen Park a bit and I added those videos to the opening part of this movie
and I captured the night figure of Yokohama Marine tower and added it to the ending of this movie.
Bottom of the tower was decorated with Christmas ornaments.

浅草寺に初詣に行きました。
持ち合わせていたカメラが所用で行っていた千葉県市川市の
帰りでしたので、iPhone5の内蔵カメラのみでした。
これで静止画を撮ってこれまで何度かやってきた
スライドショーを作ることに決めました。
なんだかYoutubeに自分のフォトフレームを作るような感じですね。
お守りを買って、露店で食事を買って食べ正月と楽しい縁日の気分を
味わいました。

I had first visit to Sensoji temple in Asakusa,Taito ward,Tokyo.
Then I only had a camera which is the one built in iPhone5.
I decided to shoot still shots by it and I went back to home,then I edited those photos
into this movie by iMovie version10.0.6.

Asakusa is my most favorite place to visit.
I could enjoy having the mood of new year which Japanese one particularly has
and had meals sold on stalls around the temple.
